Data Requests

How account users, venue owners, staff members, guests, and other data subjects can ask Hallify for privacy help.

Prepared for legal review before public launch

This document is a product-accurate draft prepared for lawyer review. It is not final legal advice, and the final legal entity, address, governing law, liability language, breach timelines, and regional notices must be confirmed before launch.

1. Overview

Hallify can help route privacy and data requests for account data, website data, support data, and venue workspace data.

Some requests must be decided by the venue because the venue controls the guest, staff, reservation, waitlist, and operational data in its workspace.

2. Who can submit a request

Requests may come from Hallify account users, venue owners, managers, staff members, guests, prospective customers, or authorized representatives.

Hallify may need to verify identity, account access, venue relationship, or representative authority before acting.

3. Request types

Depending on the data and applicable law, requesters may ask for access, correction, deletion, anonymization, export, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or general privacy support.

  • Account users can ask about their Hallify profile, login, verification, and support records.
  • Venue owners can ask about workspace exports, deletion, or retention.
  • Guests and staff can ask Hallify to route requests to the relevant venue when the venue controls the data.

4. Verification and response

Requests should include enough context to identify the data: email, venue name, role, guest/staff relationship, approximate dates, and request type.

Hallify should avoid disclosing data until the requester is verified and the correct controller or processor role is clear.

5. Venue-controlled data

If a request relates to a venue's guest CRM, reservation, waitlist, staff, payroll-related, order, payment, or audit records, Hallify may need to coordinate with that venue.

Hallify should not override lawful venue retention needs, audit integrity, financial reconciliation, or employment record obligations without proper authority.

6. Contact

Send requests to hello@hallify.co. Include the request type, relevant account email, venue name, your relationship to the venue or data subject, and the best way to contact you.

Hallify will route the request internally and, where appropriate, coordinate with the venue or ask for additional verification.

Questions or legal requests

Email hello@hallify.co and include the venue, account, or request context so Hallify can route the request correctly.
