Cookie draft

Cookie Policy

How Hallify uses essential cookies and optional analytics cookies across public pages and the app.

Last updated: June 3, 2026
Prepared for legal review before public launch

This document is a product-accurate draft prepared for lawyer review. It is not final legal advice, and the final legal entity, address, governing law, liability language, breach timelines, and regional notices must be confirmed before launch.

1. Overview

Cookies and similar browser storage help Hallify keep the product secure, remember preferences, and understand public page usage when analytics consent is granted.

Hallify separates essential product cookies from optional analytics cookies.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required for Hallify to work. They support authentication, refresh tokens, locale selection, theme preference, security, and normal product operation.

These cookies are not optional because disabling them would break sign-in, session continuity, or basic preferences.

  • Authentication cookies: access and refresh session cookies with HttpOnly protection.
  • Locale cookie: remembers the selected language.
  • Theme preference: remembers light, dark, or system theme.

3. Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies are optional. Hallify uses Google Analytics only after the visitor grants analytics consent.

Analytics helps Hallify understand public page usage, pilot interest, and product onboarding patterns before launch.

4. Managing preferences

Visitors can accept analytics, use essential cookies only, or reopen cookie preferences from the footer.

If analytics is turned off, Hallify disables Google Analytics loading and attempts to clear common Google Analytics cookies for the current site.

5. Changes

Hallify may update this Cookie Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change.

Material changes should be reviewed by counsel before public launch and reflected in the Last updated date.
